For iPhone, iOS 17 or later.

UnlimitedAdd as many expenses as you need. No daily cap, no countdown timers, no paywall on adding an expense.
No adsNo banners, no pop-ups, no trackers. Your shared expenses aren't a product.
Fair to the centEvery split adds up exactly. Leftover cents rotate between people instead of always landing on the same person.

Everything shared, nothing awkward

Built for the way people actually share money: the house, the trip, the couple and the one dinner with a friend.

Groups and friends

Make a group for your home, a trip, a couple or anything else. Invite people by email or with a link, and track one-off expenses with a single friend.

Split it any way

Equally, by exact amounts, by percentages, by shares, with adjustments, or item by item. Several people paid? Add every payer.

Simplify debts

Turn it on and AllSquare cuts the number of payments needed to settle a group. Everyone's total stays exactly the same.

Settle up your way

Record a cash payment in two taps, or open Venmo, PayPal.me or UPI with the amount ready. AllSquare never holds your money.

50+ currencies

Pick a currency for every expense. Balances are kept separately per currency, so nothing is converted behind your back.

Instant updates

Get notified when someone adds an expense, comments or pays you back. The activity feed keeps every change, with full edit history.

Recurring bills

Rent, subscriptions and utilities repeat weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly, and month-end dates stay put.

Receipts and comments

Attach a receipt photo and talk it through right on the expense. Deleted something by mistake? Restore it.

Works offline

Add expenses on a plane or a mountain. They sync as soon as you're back online.

Three steps to all square

Adding a typical expense takes four taps: Add expense, amount, description, save. "Paid by you and split equally" is already filled in.

  1. Start a group

Name it, pick a currency and invite people by email or with a link.

  2. Add what you spend

Type the amount, describe it and choose how to split. Everyone's balance updates instantly.

  3. Settle up

See who owes whom in the fewest payments, then pay with cash, Venmo, PayPal or UPI.

Fewer payments, same totals

Trips create tangled debts. Simplify debts works out the smallest set of payments that settles everyone, without changing what anyone owes or is owed overall. It works per currency and updates after every expense.

Before: 3 payments

  • Ana owes Bo$40.00
  • Bo owes Cy$40.00
  • Cy owes Ana$10.00

After: 1 payment

  • Ana pays Cy$30.00

Clear at a glance

Green means you're owed, orange means you owe, and every amount is spelled out in words too. Dark mode, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver come built in.

Questions

Is AllSquare really free?

Yes. Adding expenses, every split type, simplify debts, multiple currencies, receipts, recurring bills and export are all free, with no daily limits and no ads.

Does AllSquare move money?

No. AllSquare keeps the record of who owes whom. To pay, you record a cash payment or open your own Venmo, PayPal or UPI app with the amount filled in. We never see your card or bank details.

Do my friends need the app?

You can add friends by email and include them in expenses right away. When they sign up with that email, everything is waiting for them.

What does "simplify debts" change?

Only who pays whom. Everyone's total balance stays exactly the same; there are just fewer payments to make. You can turn it on or off for each group.

Can I use different currencies?

Yes. Each expense can be in any of 50+ currencies, and balances are shown separately for each currency, so nothing is silently converted.

Can I get my data out?

Any group can be exported to CSV, and you can delete your account in the app at any time. Expenses you shared stay correct for the other people in them; your name is removed.
